At Modani Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor, which is why we offer a 7-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable and certain items like floor samples or final sale pieces are excluded.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and document the reason for your return.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back in its original manufacturer packaging with all hardware and manuals included.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient pickup time for large items, or provide instructions for shipping smaller accessories back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the item for damages, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
